The United Nations Human Rights Office, OHCHR, has considered Zimbabwe’s Advocate Talent Rusere’s concern over Zimbabwe’s recurrence of disputed elections and increasing the probability that Zimbabwe’s 2023 elections will be supervised by the United Nations international body.
The OHCHR said this Rusere had placed a detailed report of voter intimidation and massive coercion linked to Emerson Mnangagwa’s ZANU PF party.
Ahead of the 30 July poll, Liz Throssell, OHCHR spokesperson, told the press that, the UN staff could not verify the reports.
Rusere an ally to Nelson Chamisa one of the contenders in the 2023 presidential race told the United Nations that he would not allow Zimbabwe to have peace if the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission couldn’t be disbanded before elections.
Meanwhile, ZANU PF party told the people of Zimbabwe on Twitter that, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) will run the 2023 elections, Advocate Rusere threatens to burn the polling stations.
ZEC will organise and run Zimbabwean elections in 2023 with United Nations supervision.
The newly formed CCC party President ,Nelson Chamisa has since 2018 maintained that he was robbed of victory in that year’s presidential election. Rusere said, ZEC in connivance with ZANU PF, manipulated election results in favour of Mr Mnangagwa however Chamisa failed to prove the allegations in the Constitutional Court and Mnangagwa was eventually declared the winner.
Rusere told the UN that Zimbanwe have learnt from the past experiences, hence he wrote to SADC officials and some leaders from other countries including the United Nations.
Zimbabwe’s opposition has since the turn of the millennium accused the ruling party of vote-buying, intimidating voters, and rigging elections to retain power.

South African based Zimbabwean influencial human rights Advocate Talent Rusere flees his South African home after several attempts on his life by an unrecognised gang of South African Xhosa youngsters. This happened soon after Rusere stood a firm ground agains Nhlanhla Lux’s Operation Dudula which he alleged is a whiteman sponsored racial movement.
On a facebook post last night Rusere wrote “I have nothing else more to protect in life accept the mission to win the Economic Liberation Struggle and see a black child living a descent life out of his land. I have already lost everything including including the most precious thing i was so afraid to loose.

Operation Aluta Africa (OA2) is a movement of young African leaders which aims to facilitate broader participation in the African economy by black people, especially in order to redress inequalities created by the white supremacy during the apartheid.
OA2 provides incentives especially preferential treatment not only in government procurement processes to businesses but also the management and administration of the African natural resources which contribute to black economic empowerment according to several measurable criteria, including through partial or majority black ownership, hiring black employees, and contracting with black-owned suppliers.

Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa was the favoured successor of President Robert Mugabe to lead ZANU-PF before his long time partner and ally Jonathan Moyo exposed his hypocrisy to Robert Mugabe.
The two men have been close since Mnangagwa served as Mugabe’s special security assistant at the height of the liberation war in 1977; for several years, their ties have been close enough to earn Mnangagwa the sobriquet ‘Son of God’. In the shaky power-sharing government, Mugabe appointed Mnangagwa defence minister, much to the distaster of the Morgan Tsvangirai led MDC.
The appointment was both a signal to ZANU-PF and a recognition of Mnangagwa’s key role in Mugabe’s survival in the 2009 elections. As chairman of the Joint Operations Command, Mnangagwa presided over the security services’ devastating attacks on the MDC and their supporters in the run-up to the second round of the presidential elections: the ferocity of the attacks finally forced the MDC out of the race.
A quick summary
Moven Mahachi was killed because of his opposition to the looting of diamonds in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Emerson Mnangagwa’s source of wealth) in 2001 after attending a Zanu PF provincial meeting in Manicaland. The former Defence minister died in an unresolved road accident.
Also in 2001 another Zanu PF rising star and political commissar Border Gezi was killed when his car veered off the road after a tyre problem along the Harare-Masvingo road. The combative Gezi had raffled a few feathers among the party honchos which threatened Mnangagwa’s Son Father relationship with Mugabe.
In 2007 when the country was going through perhaps its worst economic patch Paul Armstrong Gunda, a brigadier general and hero of the liberation war met his fate after his car allegedly rammed into a train along the Harare-Mutare road. He was one of Mujuru’s faction servers which was Emerson Mnangagwa’s biggest rival to presidential succession after Mugabe.
A year later in 2008 another former political commissar *Eliot Manyika* was killed in a road accident along the Zvishavane-Mbalabala road. He was on a mission to restructure Zanu PF structures when he died. Eliot was the main obstacle to the Lacoste camp (ZanuPf puppet NEC plan) to take down the Mujuru faction from the presidency.Fast forward to 2011, *Solomon Mujuru,* whose (nome de guerre) was Rex Nhongo perished in an inferno that reduced his body to ashes. Mujuru was murdered to weaken his wife’s fiction which wouldn’t have been possible to remove from the presidency in his existence.Two years after they killed *Edward Chindori-Chininga*. The Outspoken Guruve South MP was in June 2013 involved in a road accident that claimed his life. Chindori-Chininga was the vocal chairperson of a parliamentary committee that had just released a highly critical report on Zimbabwe’s diamond industry which exposed Mnangagwa’s cronyistic deals at Chiyadzwa. News reports pointed out that his car, which veered off the road into a tree, had left no skid marks.*Moven Mahachi*He was the minister of defence at the time of his death in a car accident in 2001 on the Mutare-Nyanga road after attending a Zanu-PF Manicaland meeting as national political commissar. In 2009 Enos Nkala, one of Zanu’s founders, claimed that Mahachi was eliminated because of his robust opposition to Zanu-PF’s looting of diamonds in the Democratic Republic of Congo which was exposed Emerson Mnangagwa. Defence minister, Moven Mahachi, the second cabinet minister to die in a car accident was killed late Saturday afternoon in a car accident in Zimbabwe’s eastern mountain district of Nyanga. He had been one of Mr Mugabe’s longest serving and most trusted allies which threatened Mnangagwa’s father,son relationship with Mugabe. In 1975 he helped Mugabe escape Rhodesian authorities by sneaking across the eastern border to Mozambique.Robert Mugabe was so shaken by Mr Mahachi’s death that he cancelled a trip to Indonesia where he was to attend the G-15 summit of leaders of developing countries.*Border Gezi*Border Gezi was killed when his car careered out of control after it had a blow-out on the Harare-Masvingo road. Gezi was travelling to Masvingo to address party supporters and reshuffle the political leadership in the province. Border Gezi had decided to speak out against the seizure of white-owned farms which was Emerson Mnangagwa’s project to demonize Mugabe in 2001. If Border Gezi had lived,Mnangagwa would have not succeeded and he knew it . Most Zanu-PF old guard were also unhappy with his meteoric rise through the party’s ranks.*Paul Armstrong Gunda*He was a brigadier general and hero of the liberation war, he died after his car allegedly collided with a train on the Harare-Marondera road in 2007. Before his death, regarded as suspicious by Zimbabweans, there were persistent allegations by Emerson Mnangagwa that the 1 Brigade commander was among the military officers involved in a failed plot to topple Mugabe.*Eliot Manyika*Eliot was killed for being an obstacle to the (Lacoste puppet) National Executive Committee plan.He died when his Mercedes also burst a tyre and his car rolled. He was also assisted by a passing doctor who was, however, unable to save him and he was pronounced dead on arrival at a Bulawayo hospital.*Here is how they do it:* one tyre on your car is filled with petrol when your minsterial car goes to be serviced before a long trip. Not so much that it spills out, but enough. You take your car and your driver and you drive off. As the tyre heats up, the petrol in it expands and at some point on your journey as you are cruising along at 160km/h or more (minsterial drivers like their speed, Highway Patrol does not exist for them), boom! And there is a problem solved.Now for the infighting that he had been sucked into prior to his death. In the three weeks preceding his death, Manyika had been locked in battle with Hubert Nyanhongo, ZANU PF’s only MP in Harare. Nyanhongo got his seat after Mugabe’s gerrymandering, which saw a part of southern Harare filled with squatters on a chain of invaded farms. These squatters have been given pieces of land a 20 minute drive from the centre of Harare, so basically these are housing stands and not farming plots.The thousands of people settled there were forced to toe a very specific party line. They were whipped into line weekly by ZANU PF political commissars who threatened that if they couldn’t support the party that gave them the stands on which to build their houses, then their houses would be taken away. Most of them were tenants in one rooms around Harare’s poor townships and they consider the stands they got to be their ticket out of abject penury. So, Nyanhongo was a strong ally and a puppet of Emerson Mnangagwa hiding behind Mugabe loyalism.Emerson hypocritically made Mugabe believed in Nyanhongo and he succeeded because Mugabe got to believe in him, as he never tires of saying, Nyanhongo was the only ZANU PF MP who managed to mobilise support in the opposition stronghold of Harare. Mugabe has said that when all other MPs were campaigning for Simba Makoni, Nyanhongo is the only one who remained true. The June 18 report by the CIO on why Mugabe lost the March election to Tsvangirai also dwelt on this “treachery” by MPs and, as a direct result of the report, Mugabe decided that he would “fix” the MPs and ZANU officials after Emerson Mnangagwa’s dirty work in the June 2008 run-off. Nyanhongo was Mnangagwa’s project.In came Amos Midzi, the Provincial Chairman for Harare within ZANU PF. Midzi was seen by Mugabe as one of those who de-campaigned him in the March 2008 elections. Mugabe bilieved that Midzi was one of the people who were preparing to oust him at the ZANU PF congress. Now, Manyika went off and aligned himself with Midzi. Nyanhongo wanted to challenge Midzi for the Chair of the Harare Province but Midzi managed to get the backing of Manyika to block that challenge. As National Political Commissar, Eliot Manyika had the power (by proxy) to sort out any electoral disputes within the party. He ruled that Nyanhongo could not challenge Midzi.Nyanhongo went straight to Mugabe with the support of Emerson and complained. A few days down the line, the politburo of ZANU PF, with Mugabe in the Chair, overruled Eliot Manyika, its own political commissar and specifically directed that Nyanhongo be allowed to run against Midzi. That basically guaranteed Nyanhongo the Chair of Harare Province for ZANU PF. It signalled to party supporters in the capital that Midzi was out of favour with Mugabe himself, whom most party members looked at as a demi-god. Less than 48 hours later, Manyika was dead.*Solomon Mujuru*By eliminating Solomon Mujuru, Emerson wanted to ensure that the Mujuru’s faction, headed by himself and his wife Joyce (who was the vice-president,) was too weak to succeed Mugabe when he eventually goes.This rival faction was headed by defence minister Emmerson Mnangagwa, which included much of the state security apparatus and most known as being particularly hard-line. During that time, there was another hard-line faction headed by (Zimbabwe defence force commander) Constantine Chiwenga which was a subsidiary of the Mnangagwa faction. Chiwenga was running a “hit squad within Zanu-PF and the army which seeked to assassinate anyone who appeared to be an obstacle”.Mnangagwa killed Solomon Mujuru and used Grace Mugabe to get rid of Joice Mujuru from the Vice Presidency.*How Solomon Mujuru was killed*Solomon Mujuru was short dead and burned with petrol in his Farm house around 1 am on the 16th of August 2011.Mujuru arrived at his farm at about 8pm on the 15th of August. He drove through the farm’s first security gate, which was guarded by a private security guard called Clemence Runhare. Mujuru then journeyed to his farmhouse, enteringits yard through a second security gate manned by three constables, Lazarus Handikatari, Augustinos Chinyoka and Obert Mark, from the Zimbabwe Republic Police’s VIP protection unit. According to the constables, after five minutes Mujuru drove out of the yard to collect a key, for entrance to the farmhouse, from his maid Rosemary Short. Rosemary inhabited a house located within the farm, fewer than 2km from the main farmhouse. To access Rosemary’s house, Mujuru drove through a security gate located on the eastern side of his farm. The private security guard in charge of this eastern gate that night was Samuel Lewis. Mujuru collected a key for the kitchen-door entrance from Rosemary and drove past the farm shop on his way back to the farmhouse. According to the constables, Mujuru entered the farmhouse at about 8.20pm.At 1.40 am, on August 16, Chinyoka, who was on duty while Handikatari and Mark were taking a nap break, discovered that part of Mujuru’s farmhouse was engulfed in a ravenous fire. Mujuru’s lifeless remains, still burning, were discovered at 3.45am in the searing heat of a small living room. Mujuru was lying facedown on top of a Moroccan rug, with his legs spread apart. A portion of his left arm was under his torso.Joice was kicked out of government in 2014 following Mnangagwa’s badroom conspiracy which led to accusations by Grace Mugabe that she was plotting to kill President Robert Mugabe so that she could take over the presidency. After Grace’s surprise nomination to lead the powerful women’s wing of Zanu-PF, she went on a countrywide tour where she lambasted Mujuru, claiming that she was fanning factionalism within the party.Along his way to succeed Joice Mujuru, Mnangagwa made sure he took down (former State Security Minister Didymus Mutas) one of Mugabe’s long-time allies and (Energy Minister Dzikamai Mavhaire), who were close to Joice Mujuru.*Edward Chindori_Chininga*He was a man who really knew his mining issues and was a no-nonsense kind of guy especially during sessions where he chaired the parliamentary portfolio committee on mining. He was Mujuru’s most powerful ally who had the capacity to stop Emerson Mnangagwa’s project which seeked to outcast Joice from the Vice Presidency. He was one of the party’s strongholds Mugabe could never wish to lose and Emerson new about it so he had no choice but to eliminate him.Chindori-Chininga had recently spearheaded a damning parliamentary report about government corruption in the country’s diamond mines which spotlighted Mnangagwa and Chiwenga who were leading the Army company which was doing Diamond mining at Chiyadzwa therefore, Mnangagwa and Chiwenga had to sink Edward Chindori-Chininga and replace him with their puppet in which they succeeded. As usual they managed to temper with his car between 02:12 hrs and 02:47hrs on the 19th of June 2013 after threatening 2 of the security agents who were on duty that night.Later on the same day , the former Member of Parliament Edward Chindori-Chininga was driving through his rural district in the northeastern part of the country when his silver SUV failed and swerved erratically off the road and slammed into a tree. By the time police arrived, the veteran lawmaker – a longtime member of Zimbabwe’s ruling ZANU PF party – was dead and Investigators had to quickly clear the crumpled Jeep Cherokee from the scene and declared the death a tragic accident.*Amos Midzi*An autopsy on the body of Amos Midzi revealed that the Zimbabwean politician died of poisoning.Police found Midzi dead in his locked car Tuesday at his farm in Beatrice village along with a bottle of highly toxic methamidophos and sleeping tablets, which raised fears the former cabinet minister and ambassador to the United States had committed suicide but Midzi was eliminated by to weaken the Mujuru faction and secure Mnangagwa’s ascendance to the Vice Presidency.*Death threats on Martin Dinha forcing him to step down from the National Commissar*In June 2015 Emerson send an envelope with an AK-47 bullet to Dinha on a sunny Monday morning. *”Resign now or you die. You messed up with the wrong guys.
